1. Booking Policy – New Year’s Eve
a. Please note that upon booking tickets you will be asked to secure your place
with a non-refundable deposit of £50.
b. We will ask that the balance is then paid by Friday 10th December at the latest
in order to secure your place.
c. Mad For It Events reserves the right to re-sell any tickets that we have not
received the balance payment for after December 15th.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. In the event of client’s having to cancel, we cannot offer a refund on deposits or balance payments.
b. However, in the interest of goodwill, where a sell-out event occurs, we will
attempt to resell your tickets, thus enabling a refund.
3. Credit Policy
a. In the event of Mad For It Events holding credit for clients, any credit must
be used within twelve months else will be forefitted by the client
b. Mad For It Events reserves the right to cancel any credit notes at any time.
4. Payment Methods
a. By cheque, made payable to “Mad For It Events”
b. Credit Card – all transactions are subject to a booking fee of 2.5%
c. Debit Cards – no charge for use
d. Online Booking – all transactions will be subject to a £2.50 service charge.
e. Bank transfer by Internet or telephone - details can be provided upon request
but at least 5 working days should be allowed for payments to reach us.
5. Online Booking
a. Upon submitting an online booking via our website, it may be necessary for you
to supply us with more information. We will email you the necessary forms.
b. Mad For It Events uses Worldpay to process our online bookings.
c. Mad For It Events has the right to refuse any bookings made over the internet.
d. Once the venues being promoted via the online booking tool are nearly sold
out, the online booking facility will not be available.
6. Liability
a. Mad For It Events is covered by £1,000,000 liability insurance for accidents
occurring as a direct result of negligence on our part.
b. In the event of accidents or injury occurring as a result of negligence on the
part of our sub-contractors, then Mad For It Events cannot be held liable.
c. We accept no liability for any accident or misadventure that occurs whilst you or
members of your party is under the influence of drink or drugs.
d. In the unlikely occurrence of an event having to be cancelled due to a terrorism
threat or activity, Mad For It Events cannot be held liable for any refunds to our
clients.
7. General Conditions
a. Behaviour – Mad For It Events reserves the rights to ask anyone to leave an
event, if we feel that that person(s) behaviour is detracting from the enjoyment
of the event by others.
b. As a customer of Mad For It Events you are expected to respect our venues and
other people around you. All suppliers and hotels have every right to terminate,
without notice, your stay or activity under threat of vandalism, violence or any
other behaviour deemed inappropriate by them. In such cases you will not
have any entitlement to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
