Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get there?
A map and directions page is enclosed with your tickets. Directions can be also be found on the 'Location' page of our website.

2. How many people are seated at each table?
Our tables seat between 8 and 13 people. We always ensure that your tables are next to each other and that they are exclusively for your group.

3. Do we have a choice of menu?
The menu is a set menu, however we do have a vegetarian option and will also accommodate any special dietary requirements providing we are notified of them at least 2 weeks prior to your party date.

4. Is there parking available?
Parking is available on site (car are left at your own risk).  There is also ample space for coaches/mini-buses to wait.

5. Can I leave my car overnight?
Cars can be left overnight (at your own risk). Complimentary parking vouchers can be provided in advance or on the night for those wishing to park overnight and should be displyed visibly in the vehicle. Cars left overnight and collected after 9am without a parking voucher will be liable for a parking ticket issued by Eastleigh Borough Council.

6. What is the dress code?
The dress code for all our events is smart casual however many of our guests opt for a smart or black-tie dress code. Jeans and trainers are not permitted.

7. Who do I make cheques payable to?
Cheques should be made payable to 'Mad For It Events Ltd'

8. How do I order wine for our party?
Wine can be pre-ordered and paid for in advance and will be on your table when you sit down for dinner. This is the easiest and most popular option as it leaves you free to get on and enjoy the night! Wine can also be purchased on the night from the bar. Please note that you are not able to order wine from your table.

9. Can I pre-purchase other drinks?
Drinks vouchers can be purchased in advance and can be exchanged at the bar for one drink per voucher. Drinks consist of either a pint/bottle of beer, single spirit and mixer, alcopop, glass of wine, one large or 2 small soft drinks. 

10. Who attends your events?
Anyone looking for a superb Christmas party!! We offer a unique environment to enjoy the ultimate Christmas celebration and have clients booking anything from 8 to 500 tickets!

11. What are the timings for each event?
Door open at 7pm each evening and dinner is served at 8pm. The evening closes at between midnight and 1am depending on the date (subject to licensing). Please call us for further information.

12. How do I book?
Bookings can be made by downloading our booking form on the 'Book tickets' page and returning it by fax or post with a cheque/credit card details for the deposit. If you are having problems downloading the form please call our team on 0845 45 65 900 and we can send a form to you.

13. Can I provisionally hold tickets?
Tickets are selling quickly therefore if you know the date you would like then call our team to provisionally reserve your places. We can hold tickets for 5 working days to allow you to return a completed booking form to us. If we do not receive a booking form and deposit within this time the tickets will be automatically released.

14. Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Credit cards carry a surcharge of 2.5%. We do not accept American Express or Diners.
