Client: HBS Business Services
Brief:
With HBS Business services having recently taken over the contract for the running of Milton Keynes Council, the management wanted to organise a summer event that would create a good first impression to all the new staff and also to create a better team spirit
Venue: Mini Bowl, Willen Lakes, Milton Keynes
Concept:
The client wanted a day where their staff could socialise with one another, and allow them to bring their partners and children if they would like to.. Mad For It Events suggested that a “Family Fun Day” would be the best way forwards, with a range of activities for all ages.
The Event:
Over 300 members of staff and their families turned up on a sunny Sunday afternoon in July to a Marquee within the Mini Bowl at Willen Lakes. Mad For It Events organised for bouncy castles, giant games, a gourmet BBQ, egg and spoon races, a local brass band and even an ice cream van to entertain everyone.
