Event: Organise a motivational sales team and client meeting
Brief:
Once a year we organise a two day sales meeting for all of Account Managers to communicate to them plans for new product launches, to reward high performance and to motivate individuals. We also invite, to an evening event, some key customers. We need an events company to help us make the event motivational, fun and memorable for both staff and customers alike.
Concept:
All the Kodak Account Manager had attended numerous sales meetings in the past and therefore the focus was on hosting an event which really helped to motivate the sales team and allowed Kodak to entertain their key customers in style.
The Venue:
A hotel which would be conducive for both work and play was the key to the venue. Due, as well to the geographic location of the sales force and customers and the convenience of the location it was decided to host the event at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel at Heathrow Airport.
The Event:
The Event was hosted within the main ball room where a themed Kodak stage and Audio Visual equipment were provided following discussion with the client.
To keep with the motivational brief an outside motivational speaker was sourced to entertain and aspire the account managers.
Break out sessions were hosted within the business suite.
The evening event which included live music , DJ’s, casino and an after dinner speaker was developed both to be fun night for the Kodak employees but also appropriate to entertain important clients. Mad For It Events staff where on hand to ensure the event ran smoothly
The Outcome
Kodak were exceptionally impressed with the organisation, attention to detail and cost management of the event. The account managers left motivated, focused on their business goals and entertained by the two day meeting.
